Purchase procedure
The gift vouchers to be purchased must be selected and added to the shopping basket by clicking on the corresponding icon.
The shopping basket will contain the reference of the selected gift voucher, your name and surname, the quantity, the e-mail address, the landline/mobile phone number and the corresponding price in euros per unit and in total (including tax).
Confirmation of purchase
Once the purchase order has been completed, and before the voucher is sent, a summary will be presented identifying the item purchased, its total price and you will have to select the option of receiving the voucher by email, or picking it up physically at the restaurant. If you have chosen the option of receiving the voucher by email, you will have to confirm your details by sending the pdf of the voucher. The order must be confirmed by clicking on the "Accept purchase" button.
Personal details
The order form will request personal data, which will be incorporated into our database in order to process the order and to facilitate new purchases from Roig Robí. You will also be able to access your personal details and information on all your orders. Remember that personal data must be identified with complete accuracy to avoid confusion or incidents. In addition, if requested, you will also receive information and publications related to Roig Robí by e-mail.
Terms of payment
Purchases must be paid for by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard). Other forms of payment will not be accepted. For payments by credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, i.e. in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once it has been verified that the data provided are correct.
Once the transaction has been confirmed, the purchaser will receive an e-mail confirming the purchase and receiving the voucher if the option to receive the gift voucher by e-mail has been chosen. The non-receipt of this message may be due to a transitory communications problem in the network or to a typing error in the e-mail address communicated. In both cases it is advisable to contact Roig Robí.
Additional information on gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the time of purchase. They are issued with an open date (lunch or dinner): according to your preferences. All vouchers are for two people and include the option chosen and detailed in the shopping cart. The person receiving the gift must indicate when making the reservation that they have a gift voucher.
Security of private information (National Commission for Information Technology and Freedom)
The Roig Robí restaurant is obliged to protect private information. The personal data collected during your connection to our commercial website will only be used to process your order. We will not sell, rent or disclose your personal data to anyone (or to third parties).
Security of personal data
Orders (containing information about your account) are sent via a secure server. The security software (SSL) encrypts all information you enter before it is sent.
Right and period of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 7 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 7 days from the day on which you make the purchase.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Roig Robí S.L.) in writing (providing us with your name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). In order to meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of the right to withdraw is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out this refund using the same payment system used by you for the initial transaction; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
